Position Overview
- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance works for artificial sports courts and related facilities.
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for aftersales service enquiries and maintenance requests.
- Prepare quotations for court accessories, replacement parts, and related products.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
- Coordinate shipping and logistics arrangements for accessories, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, service schedules, quotations, and administrative documentation.
- Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
