Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness - Sales Order, Proforma Invoice, Job Order, Stock Transfer, Delivery Order, and Invoices.
Coordinate, prepare and process sales order activities and delivery schedule, ensuring all sales orders are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
Liaise with other departments (workshop / logistic), arrange deliveries in a timely manner by ensuring customer expectations are met.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate various projects to ensure seamless execution and timely completion.
Supervise project procurement process inform clients on unforeseen delays or problems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist sales executives with tender and proposals material.
