Responsibilities - Maintain and organize both physical and digital records, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates
- Handle document scanning, tracking, and filing to support payment processing activities
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, site visits, and manage scheduling arrangements for the team
- Prepare and process monthly reimbursement and claim submissions
Requirements - Diploma in Business Administration
- Experience in Real estate or property Industry
- Good coordination skills
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to manage fast‑paced operations
- Able to work independently
