Job Scope / Job Responsibilities
Performs administrative/clerical jobs for the purpose of assisting the Superior / Manager in the daily operation of the Residential Department.
Assist to answer a transfer call from Landlord/Tenant/Others in management office inquiries about property matters, eg: Maintenance Fee (Assessment Fee, Insurance Fee), Gas Application, VP procedure, Property Management APP.
Payment Submission for Service Provider, eg: Security, Pest Control, and others
In charge of Properties assessment matters, such as checking assessment payment/assessment change name.
After the VP Handover Key to the owner, update the owner information in the system
Weekly update clearance letter record, for the VP issuing unit.
Check the email inbox for the complaints and reply.
Ensure the document filing system is updated in a timely manner.
Prepare a management notice from time to time.
