• Act as the primary coordinator for projects, liaising with internal teams, external vendors
• Manage staff and site access procedures
• Handle procurement, payment, and contract administration
• Oversee asset management, and maintaining accurate delivery and stock records
• Prepare periodic project reports and manage personnel administration and employee files (onboarding, offboarding, and training records)
• Provide daily operational support for the project site and office, managing office leases, cleaning, pantry supplies, and other ad-hoc facility coordination tasks
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project administration, operations support, or a similar role (experience in the Telecom is highly preferred)
