Position Overview
Job Summary Provide frontline support for court users by handling enquiries, assisting with applications and managing high-volume case processing, scheduling and registry tasks while ensuring compliance with court timelines and procedures.
Responsibilities - Provide frontline counter service and handle phone enquiries on court applications and processes
- Process court orders and ensure tasks are completed within required timelines
- Handle high volume applications and support timely issuance of grants
- Manage weekly hearing schedules, case conference and fixture lists
- Follow up on case directions promptly
- Notify relevant parties of upcoming court sessions through appropriate channels
- Support registry administration and records management
Requirements - At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good writing and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
