Ensure all questions are properly categorised, structured, and aligned with relevant academic standards and syllabus requirements
Convert physical records, such as past examination results and documents, into accurate and well-organised digital formats for easy access and long-term storage
Compile and prepare disposal lists for outdated or unnecessary documents, including past years' examination answer booklets, following proper documentation procedures
Organise, update, and maintain digital records within the digital record management system to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient retrieval
Provide general administrative and operational support to assist in the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department
