Oversees daily operations of shuttle services and parking enforcement to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused transportation across UNC Health facilities.

Evening 3 p.m.-12:30 a.m. (Monday-Friday)/8 a.m-6:30 pm Friday-Tuesday

Responsibilities:

+ Provides oversight of shuttle drivers and parking enforcement staff to ensure effective daily operations and appropriate staffing coverage.
+ Manages shuttle services to ensure safe, timely, and reliable transportation; monitors routes, addresses delays, and ensures vehicle safety compliance.
