Flyhjælp helps air passengers across the Nordics claim compensation when their flights are delayed or canceled. We combine legal expertise with technology to make the process swift, easy and transparent.

We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Caseworker to join our Finnish Operations team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will work with cases from start to finish; supporting customers, assessing claims, and helping ensure high quality throughout the process.

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover position starting on 1 August 2026 and running until the end of September 2027.

No legal background is required. What matters is your ability to communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and take responsibility for your tasks.
