Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will focus heavily on invoice and purchase order (PO) processing, as well as coordinating daily deliveries and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and experienced in administrative support within manufacturing or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Match and reconcile invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing
+ Review discrepancies between invoices and POs and escalate or resolve as needed
+ Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries, communicating with vendors and internal teams
+ Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
+ Support general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and reporting
