The Center for Safe and Healthy Families is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of professionals including Psychologists, Social Workers, Pediatricians, and Nurse Practitioners who provide child-friendly, expert evaluations of children who may have been abused. The referral specialist is the first point of contact for families and professionals seeking our services. The schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and the position pays $19.00-$22.50 per hour.



DUTIES:


+ Help prospective clients, families, and professionals access services via telephone, email, fax, or in person.

+ Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Spurwink's service array so that inquiries can be thoughtfully discussed and referrals supported.

+ Respond to callers using empathy and active listening skills.
