Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emailsProject support including scheduling work, hire equipment, booking accommodation, arranging travel as requiredRaising invoices, credit notes and purchase ordersAssisting with WIP and debt management, checking paymentsSetting up clients and projectsHiring vehicles and assisting with management of fleet ie arranging services and repairs as required, keeping suitable recordsMonitoring safe arrival of personnel and return of completed RAMSMonitoring completion of personnel training recordsMonitoring status of SHEQ critical vendorsMonitoring and processing SHEQ and ESG KPIsPreparing print outs for training etc.Booking meeting rooms and recording meeting minutesData entry and word processing as required Person Specification:
