Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Friendly, professional, meticulous, and precise
Previous administrative and reception experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience working with wages/payroll
Knowledge of labour, overtime calculations, and payslips
Must be also able to handle switchboard/reception duties
Managing PPE clothing and site-related administration
Handling goods and deliveries to and from sites
Assisting guests and visitors professionally
Assisting Directors with functions, bookings, travel arrangements, and personal errands
Must manage all reception functions efficiently
Keeping offices neat and tidy
