Overview
Reporting to the VP for Research and team to accomplish the goals of the Office of the Vice-President for Research {OVPR). This position will be primarily assisting the VP with day-to-day operations, managing the VP's calendar and travel, basic invoicing, general oversight of department expenses, and other projects as needed by the VP and/or team. Their role is to also assist in maintaining records, event organizing with the Coordinator, and other administrative tasks as needed. This position does not offer remote or hybrid work and is on-site full time.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine daily tasks, such as managing the front desk, screening calls or in-person guests, maintaining files and restocking office supplies.
