The Role:
We are seeking a customer-service oriented and well-organized Administrative Assistant who can work well in a dynamic team setting. This role is best suited for someone that enjoys managing multiple tasks from an administrative level,, has excellent computer skills and enjoys being the go-to for a fast paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, fast-paced, and courteous support to all internal and external customers. Order all office supplies and stock copy room and kitchen Manage incoming and outgoing mail deliveries including USPS, Amazon, UPS, FedEx Assist with data entry requests from various departments Vendor contact for building management, kitchen suppliers, copiers and printers Assist with catering orders as needed Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent
