Job Description
Operational:
- Greet visitors and customers and answer phone calls.
- Work with staff members to manage customer safety and security.
- Help organize transportation and accommodation according to crew needs.
- Perform other support tasks for the base manager and operations assistant.
Administrative:
- File information in customer and supplier files.
- Enter data into the company's computer system (AS400).
- Write reports in Windows (Word & Excel).
- Prepare information for billing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Qualifications
- Customer service skills and professionalism.
- Ability to manage priorities and good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel).
