Summary:The Administrative Assistant – Senior / Office Manager performs a broad range of administrative and office management duties, providing high-level support to department leadership while ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and professionally. This role plays a critical part in office coordination, facilities support, emergency preparedness, and special event planning, contributing significantly to workplace culture and employee experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
+ Maintains calendar and schedules meetings.
+ Gathers data and prepares reports.
+ Orders supplies and processes special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements.
+ May train other employees and participate in special projects.
