Key Responsibilities
+ Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments across multiple stakeholders
+ Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy
+ Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and documentation
