We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join the team at a reputable firm in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and delivering exceptional support to staff and visitors in a professional, high-caliber environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Staff the front desk, warmly and professionally greeting guests, and managing incoming mail and packages
+ Schedule and set up on-site meetings, including room arrangements and required equipment
