Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a credit union in Richmond, Virginia. This Contract position requires someone who can manage communications, maintain accurate records, and provide dependable administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools to keep schedules, correspondence, and information flowing efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members while providing courteous and attentive service
• Coordinate calendars and arrange appointments to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations
