The right candidate will be comfortable working with spreadsheets, handling high-volume data entry, and maintaining organized customer and vendor information.
Responsibilities:
β’ Answer incoming calls professionally, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous front-desk support.
β’ Assist with general administrative duties that help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
β’Process billing activities in QuickBooks with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
β’ Maintain and update customer and vendor records to ensure information remains current and organized.
