DUTIES
:Reporting to the Director of the Childcare Development Center, this position performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions in support of the Center as well as providing direct care to children enrolled at the Center.
Serves as the CDC receptionist; greets parents and children, answers phones and routes calls, answers inquiries and performs administrative tasks as directed by the CDC Director or designee; opens and/or closes the center in the absence of the Director.
Establishes, maintains, and monitors files and records related to the administration of the program in accordance with Coast Guard policy and federal/state regulations. Collects, compiles and organizes information and data to prepare various reports.
Serves as the point of contact for submission and follow-up of all work orders and vehicle maintenance.
