Key Responsibilities
+ Office Coordination: Manage daily office operations, including mail distribution, supplies procurement, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
+ Scheduling: Coordinate complex calendars, book travel arrangements, and organize internal/external meetings.
+ Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
+ Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and assist with basic data entry.
