Our client is seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Policy Operations Coordinator in New Holland, PA to support internal policy administration and customer service workflows. This role will focus on processing policy activity, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process new business, renewals, updates, and terminations within internal systems
+ Review and verify policy information for accuracy and completeness
+ Support basic rating and premium‑related transactions for existing accounts
+ Respond to routine inquiries from partners and customers related to policy servicing
+ Prepare and distribute standard correspondence and documentation
