Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support data management and reporting activities for a department in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining accurate records across internal databases, preparing recurring reports, and helping teams follow consistent data practices. The role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with detailed information, and able to balance routine tasks with changing administrative priorities.

• Maintain and update records, account details, and coding information across Blackbaud and other designated database systems using information gathered from multiple sources.
