Description
We’re hiring a Front Desk / HR Admin for a temp-to-hire position (approx. 90 days) in a manufacturing environment. This role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $18–$22/hour DOE.
What you’ll be doing:
+ Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers in a professional manner
+ Answer and route incoming calls; take messages as needed
+ Provide administrative support to office staff, shop personnel, and management
+ Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and internal coordination
+ Data entry, document preparation, and general office support
+ Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
+ Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies
+ Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
+ Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional
