Position Overview

**Position Overview**
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant I to support tax documentation and customer account management. This Temp to Perm role involves reviewing tax certificates, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements.

**Hours**
Hybrid Schedule, 3 days in office - 2 days remote
Monday through Friday
9:00AM-6:00PM

**Pay**
$19.50/hr.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Review and process customer tax certificates and related documentation
+ Verify tax documents during new customer account setup
+ Identify and resolve issues with resale certificates and tax documentation
+ Monitor customer accounts for tax-related discrepancies and assist with corrections
+ Review and release orders while ensuring tax compliance requirements are met
