Position Overview
Responsibilities - Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR department.
- Manage new employee ID issuance and thumbprint registration.
- Maintain and update workers’ dormitory listings, handling check‑ins and check‑outs accurately.
- Key in monthly utilities orders, subcontractor manpower reports, and overtime timesheets.
- Assist in reviewing staff claims, including medical, petrol, and meal reimbursements.
- Handle monthly stationery and pantry orders.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR manager.
Job Requirements - GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ Level or Polytechnic/ITE Diploma.
- Positive, people‑oriented attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
