Description
We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth and efficient workplace environment by assisting with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
+ Assist with catering coordination for meetings and office events
+ Support calendar management and scheduling for meetings and appointments
+ Help maintain overall office organization and coordination
+ Order and track office supplies as needed
+ Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership
+ Assist with special projects and additional office duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
