Position Overview
**Job Description**
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team! This person will support daily office and business operations by handling inbound and outbound customer calls, performing data entry and administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires a motivated self-starter who can be relied upon for suggestions, advice, and steady support in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience as a administrative assistant, office manager, or bookkeeper
+ Good computer skills
+ Good communication skills and personable as there will be communication with customers frequently
+ **Experience with bookkeeping and QuickBooks would be a huge plus!**
**Pay/Hours:**
+ $15-20/HR- candidates with QuickBooks experience are subject to higher pay!
+ 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday
