Tasks
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business workflows

- Arrange conferences and meetings, preparing required materials and equipment.
- Handle administrative coordination, documentation, and internal follow-ups
- Provide comprehensive office administration support to the Business and Sales teams
- Schedule conference rooms and spaces for meetings and events.
- Greet, log, and direct visitors, mail, and packages.
- File and retrieve documents as needed.
- Answer and route incoming calls and correspondence; escalates issues when required.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting support materials.
