Join us in driving efficiency and excellence in education administration. Lincoln Tech is looking for an Administrative Assistant -- Education who will administer the day-to-day workflow of our Education Group.
Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant -- Education
+ Creates correspondence for the Education Group, including word processing of letters, memos, forms, policies, and procedures (including handling of confidential information)
+ Provides administrative support, including telephone coverage, correspondence, supply control, and necessary communications, both internal and external
+ Interfaces with students and potential students as needed
+ Functions as a liaison with the schools, disseminating reports from the Corporate Education Department
+ Maintains attendance calendar for key management personnel
+ Provides backup to the Front Desk
