The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting daily operational and administrative functions, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide general administrative and clerical support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and answering phone calls.
+ Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
+ Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.
+ Coordinate office supply orders and manage inventory.
+ Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
