Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day property management operations in Anaheim, California. This Contract position is fully onsite and offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced office environment by handling administrative coordination, records management, and communication with tenants, vendors, and internal partners. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks related to tenant accounts, including follow-up on past-due rent and other outstanding charges.
• Prepare and organize account details and supporting documentation for default notices and legal review when needed.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately to support timely payment and recordkeeping.
