Description
Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure the team runs efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to managers and team members
+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
+ Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
+ Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies
+ Greet visitors and assist with front desk coverage as needed
+ Support data entry, expense reporting, and general clerical duties
+ Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
