Position Overview
JOB SUMMARY:
Establish modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operationalactivities. Evaluate and revise practices, services, and programs to determine sustainability. Prepare reports suitable for Sr. leadership as needed. Conduct special projects and studies. Prepare program proposals by compiling information/data and developing reports. Provide staff support in developing/implementing special programs and systems. Facilitate the resolution of operational problems by serving as a problem solving resource for department managers. Assume responsibility for specific survey preparation and any other interim surveys. Assist with fiscal budget development and system audits.
