Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Provides general administrative support to a function, including scheduling meetings, managing meeting logistics, ordering and setting up catering, data entry, preparing agendas, taking notes, tracking action items, and preparing and distributing documents.
Performs basic research as instructed; prepares documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and interoffice Correspondence.
Monitors and replenishes office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations, anticipating and addressing needs or issues as they arise.
Identifies needs, implements solutions, and maintains records for administrative, organizational, and clerical support activities.
