Administration/Accounts Clerk

R25 000 - R35 000 CTC
Our client in the trade and supply chain industry is looking for a dynamic Administration/ Accounts Clerk to join their team.
This is a remote office-based role that requires going in to the office once a week
Minimum requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- 1 to 5 yearsβ experience in invoice preparation and general administration
- Proven experience using Sage Cloud Accounting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (daily use for reconciliations and reporting)
- Experience within wholesale, distribution, trading, trade enablement, or Logistic and bulk commodities environments (advantageous)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
- Comfortable working with delivery notes and proof of delivery documentation
