The Opportunity
As a Coronial Services Administration Support Officer, you will be based in Dunedin and will work alongside Case Managers and Coroners. You will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the office in the Dunedin Court. On occasion, you may be called upon to assist on other matters or with other Coroners outside your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective administrative services.
- Deliver confidential and professional secretarial and word processing support.
- Maintain the electronic database (CMS) to ensure it is up to date, complete and accurate.
- Liaise and provide information to stakeholders and Government Agencies, including interested parties, Police, medical practitioners, pathologists and others.
- Support the management of, and attendance by, Coroners and court personnel at meetings and events.
