Administration Manager

Eastside Refrigeration Ltd is seeking an organised, detail‑focused, and experienced Administration Manager to lead our administration function and support the smooth operation of our HVAC, refrigeration, service, maintenance, installation, project, and Centigrade teams.

This key leadership role is responsible for managing a team of three administration staff and ensuring accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, job administration, reporting, and office processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
