Position Overview
Job Responsibilities: - Handle daily administrative matters related to workers and dormitory arrangements
- Coordinate worker onboarding, check-in, and check-out processes
- Maintain proper records of workers’ accommodation, attendance, and personal particulars
- Liaise with dormitory operators, project sites, and workers regarding accommodation matters
- Arrange transportation and movement of workers between dormitory and project sites when required
- Assist in work pass, medical appointment, and document collection arrangements
- Monitor workers’ dormitory discipline, housekeeping, and compliance with company regulations
- Handle workers’ feedback, welfare, and daily operational issues
- Prepare reports, update records, and maintain proper filing documentation
- Support HR and project team on manpower coordination and administrative matters
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
