Our client is currently hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
. Communicating with customers by phone and email, providing advice and quotes on our diverse software portfolio.
. Provide high level of customer service.
. Accurate data imputing on Salesforce system, of all customerβs details and any information regarding the Sales and Invoicing processes.
. Checking data accuracy for incoming purchase orders and contact clients to obtain missing information.
. Liaise with Orders and Accounts Teams to complete sales processes, supporting where needed.
. Assist in managing the renewal and tracking of customer maintenance support agreements.
. Provide assistance with preparation and execution of tender processes and comply with customer and regional regulations.
. Have accurate knowledge of sales targets.
