This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting a high-volume direct cremation service offering. Focused heavily on administration, communication, and process coordination, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, thrives in a busy environment, and can confidently manage customer conversations over the phone.
This is not a face-to-face service role — all communication is handled via phone and email. You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through processes, coordinating documentation, and ensuring arrangements progress efficiently and accurately.
