Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities To assist Deputy Administration Manager in the execution of duties To monitor daily staff attendance and report to management To handle leave and claim applications and obtain necessary approvals To conduct advertising, interviews and recruitment in accordance with the human resource needs of the company To calculate the payroll, bonuses, overtime hours, and other HR related expense, and coordinate with Accounts to make on-time payments to staff. To handle all HR documentation and maintain records To ensure that an external and internal training log is kept and all requisite training is carried out according to the company's requirements. To handle all welfare (adequate working conditions, food, transport) matters that arise in the company To assist in keeping discipline amongst staff in their daily attendance / punctuality etc. Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies order replacement supplies as needed.
