What's on your Plate?
Generating, preparing, scheduling and sending operations reports • Maintain the country’s operational Master files (SOPs, SLAs,
Maintain all stores related data (Personnel, contracts, licenses, building management contact details, health cards, assets, etc)
Proper tracking for all legal licenses and heath cards and follow up on renewals and completion to avoid fines.
Handle data collection for overtime and ensure timely submissions and approvals from city managers for in-house and outsourcing companies.
