Position Overview
Job Purpose We are seeking a highly organized detail‑oriented and experienced Administration to oversee the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our offices and showrooms. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence and compliance with local regulations while also fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities - Managing day‑to‑day functioning of offices and showrooms
- Overseeing the set‑up of new office and/or office relocations
- Ensuring delivery of all 3rd party services according to SLAs & KPIs with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency and cost -cost‑effectiveness.
- Participating in the preparation of the administration budget, monitoring financial performance against budget and identifying cost optimization opportunities.
