Supervise and support administrative personnel in the Home Division to ensure efficient operations and adherence to organizational standards.
Provide administrative support to the Home Division by managing logistics procurement coordination office procedures and other tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Managing and provide all the paperwork office procedures and other administrative tasks to facilitate operational requirements of the Home Division.
Assists in the coordination supervision and completion of special projects as appropriate.
Provides administrative documents including tender specifications client quotations vendor purchase orders agreements and contracts etc.
Coordinates and facilitates the supply and maintenance of office equipment whenever required.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of proven experience in providing admin logistics and procurement support
