Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Maintain, file, and scan documents (hard copy or electronic), and manage office supplies inventory.
- Communication: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, answer phone calls, and greet visitors.
- Scheduling: Organize calendars, appointments, and meeting rooms for staff or management.
- Administrative Support: Prepare memos, reports, and presentations; handle travel arrangements.
- Basic Finance & HR: Assist with invoice processing, bookkeeping, data entry, and employee record filing.
- Compliance: Coordinate with government agencies and suppliers as needed.
