• Plan monthly audit schedules and routes

Inspect contractor performance: cleanliness, pest control, landscaping, and infrastructure defects

Record audit findings using tablet or laptop

Perform other duties as assigned

Detail-oriented and committed to service standards

Physically fit to walk and stand outdoors for long hours

Ability to cycle; own foldable bicycle advantageous

Part-time: 3 days a week (9am–3pm), 2 days a week (2pm–8pm)
