Position Overview

Position : Client Service Assistant( Admin & Order Processing Assistant (Client Service / SAP))
RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month
Location :Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam(have to work at bandar utama also at times)
Contract : 12 Months(renewable)
Working Hour : Monday – Friday : 8.30am – 5.30pm
Duties
· Maintaining and organizing reports both physical and digital
· Order Monitoring and Engagement with key stakeholders
· Preparing reports and presentations.
· Processing incoming mail and managing correspondence
· Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Requirements
Strong command of English (written & spoken) is required
Experience in order processing / sales support is highly preferred
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using computer systems and software (SAP Knowledge)
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
